We appreciate your interest in having your home built by Elizabeth Homes.  Our company has been in business since 1997, and our construction experience totals over 70 years.  Elizabeth Homes is licensed with the State of Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board and members of Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association and Alabama Homebuilders Association.  

Our homes are priced complete and ready to move in.  Some standard components include: brick exterior, slab foundation, stick built, electric heat pump, combo of five (TV or phone jacks), and 1 year warranty.  Also in the standard price, there are many choices available in: vinyl, carpet, Formica, cabinet colors, cabinet door hardware, shutters, shingles, and brick.  A few upgrades that are available include: architectural shingles, various vaulted ceiling options (many already included in price on plans that illustrate), carports, garages, dormers (real or fake), driveways, sidewalks, wood, gas, or ventless fireplaces (also standard on select plans), ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, laminate flooring, and Berber carpet.
